- I went to the Rebound clinic in LO. After having seen several healthcare providers about a hip problem, my experience at Rebound was heads and shoulder above anyone else. Of note was the empathy conveyed by the medical assistant who roomed me, as well as by Dr. Chestnut. The explanation of my condition was infinitely more satisfactory than previous efforts; for the first time, I understand what’s going on. This clinic had been recommended to me by one of their patients. I am another very happy patient.

- Great visit today. I feel real hope in being able to move without pain with the plan we put together. I have a long history with a knee injury and what compensation has done to my body. He listened and totally understood my movement issues. Didn’t try to do too much at once but plans to see how treating certain areas first might clear up other areas. Recommendation from a friend and I liked his bedside manner. I do think the gals at the check in desk were short and unfriendly. Felt bad for the older two ladies who were checking in as they were being conversational and they were met by Portlandia check in receptionists.

- The providers and staff were excellent, but I must say the appointment process was less than adequate. I had reschedule my appointment for this procedure because for some unknown reason Rebound did not have me on the schedule for the original schedule time 21/2 weeks ago. I had to call them because I found it strange they had not contacted me by text days before to remind me of my appointment. I then called Rebound to see what was up. They informed me they in fact did not have me on the schedule. They said they would call me back that day to see what they could do. They called me back said I was not scheduled, but it just so happened they had an opening the very next day at the very exact time I was originally scheduled. I took the appointment of course. The next day I received two back to back calls that were instant hang ups and no identifying phone # (this was 6:30 in the AM). There was no VM message. I went to my appointment and was informed my appointment was cancelled because the ultrasound machine was out of order. Rebound said they had called earlier (true) and left a message (not true). I was reschedule for 11:00 Monday 3/4/23. I was not seen until 11:40. I don’t see the staff that I had face to face at fault , only the system.

On top of that he’s a great guy, would love to have him as a neighbor. The staff at the Rebound Lake Oswego office are absolutely top notch also. From the check in process, X-rays, PT and doctor’s assistants, everyone is professional, extremely well trained, friendly and honestly care about their patients. Would not consider any other group of doctors & support folks to take care of me. 5 Stars is definitely not enough. 👍

- Dr.Chesnutt is the doctor you want! I've been in pain for years since having children. I've had complicated hip pain and seen many physical therapists, had multiple Xrays and an MRI. My smptoms varied dependent on activity and a variety of other things. I was distraught, but I really wanted to get to the bottom of this. Dr.Chesnutt took the time to review my previous records, imaging, and listened to my entire case. He was very empathetic and understanding with my situation and respected my opinions and thoughts on treatment options. I greatly appreciate him as a doctor and highly highly recommend him.
