- I researched carefully to find a surgeon for my Total Knee Arthroplasty procedures. Dr. DaSilva was at the top of the list and he doesn’t disappoint. By every metric I am qualified to understand, he’s simply the best. When the surgical dressing was removed I was shocked to not see the “railroad tracks” of stapled closures, but instead a completely hidden suture line tucked under the skin that simply disappeared when it fully healed. My recovery was not easy (it never is), but my physical therapist proved that full strength and stability were available in my new knee from the beginning. Dr. DaSilva is truly an exceptional surgeon that is clearly reflected in his performance of his team. Professional and energetic - the kind of attitude people who love their jobs can’t help but show.

- I have been seeing Dr. DaSilva for over 3 years now. I have been EXTREMELY happy with my care received by him. He is ALWAYS very kind, listens and checks to ensure that the procedures and interventions that we are doing are working! I have seen some other reviews that have criticized him for not doing joint replacements for higher BMI's. There are reasons for that and I too am in that same position. As a retired nurse and having had my knee's and back beat up over the years caring for patients, I know the risks involved in replacements when we are obese. It is not only his or Rebounds policy of not replacing joints but also pretty much medical wide due to increased complication risks. There are SOME out there that will and if you are at that point, do some searching around. But I tell you, cutting someone down or attempting to through reviews if ridiculous. We need to be doing what WE can to minimize post surgical complications. Like I said I am in the same boat, but he is AWESOME!

- Dr.DaSalva's appointments have always been on time with me. He is a Dr. who listens to his patient and takes time with you. Every time I've walked out of his office I felt that every concern and question had been answered. I went to him for knee pain over a year, we did the usual cortisone injections and then a TKR 3 months ago. I've been happy with the results so far.

- OMG! I could literally fill a book of the number of times my left knee hurt to do any activities. I made an appointment to see Dr DaSilva. I told him that I was ready for any relief he could possibly give me and I was told that my knee's bad and needed completly replaced. He explained in perfect detail to me about the procedures and what he believes he could do for me in terms of pain relief. 13 weeks ago I was operated on. I was going into this with a positive attitude but I was concerned yet relieved it was finally done. Like I said, 13 weeks and my pain is completely gone. No more achy friend following me everywhere. No more constant pain. My new knee is absolutely marvelous. Everything I was told was exactly as it was done. I am so satisfied and my thanks to him for giving me the pain relief I have today. - Entire experience was first class, extremely well run office, every step of the visit was promptly performed, there was no waiting time at all for Dr. DaSilva, radiologist, entry nurse or procedure scheduler. Dr. DaSilva is a good listener and thorough with explanations to questions. The only improvement I would suggest is to have access to the medical history link earlier than a few days before the actual appointment, I requested it at the time the initial appointment was made but was told that I would receive it in the future close to the appointment date, consequently this didn’t leave me much time to complete it.

- Dr. Dasilva performed a left total knee arthroplasty in December, 2019. 7 weeks after surgery I was able to ride my horse again. That was my goal and he and his team made it a reality. I would recommend him to anyone considering a knee replacement.

- Dr. DaSilva was recommended by my son a sports medicine doctor. I had to travel 6+ hours one way to visit as we live in Klamath Falls, OR. My first visit was incredible not only did he take his time and give me options where we decided on a total knee replacement. His staff helped schedule the future appointments and hospital visits to help with our travels. Surgery went better than expected. He visited me throughout my stay. His staff kept in touch with us after we arrived home. I highly recommend Dr. DaSilva and when my other knee needs to be replaced I'll make the necessary trips to see him.

- I received a recommendation from my son a sports medicine doctor after he heard that my knee was bone on bone. He said Dad you need to come up here and see Dr. DaSilva at Rebound. It is 6 +hour drive from Klamath Falls, Oregon. From the first visit Dr. DaSilva spent time reviewing my X-rays, giving me options along with taking additional X-rays. My wife and I were comfortable and knowledgeable in our decision to have a full knee replacement. Dr. DaSilva even brought in a new knee to show us what would happen. The staff was gracious and helped coordinate the additional office appointments both at Rebound and the hospital. Along with the joint class that was mandatory before surgery. I was able with their help to schedule the week before surgery so we only had one trip up before surgery. Surgery day was effortless for us. Dr. DaSilva and others met with us and continued to visit everyday I was hospitalized. The staff at Rebound checked in on me after we drove back home to answer any questions I may have. I can not begin to explain how satisfied I am with my outcome after surgery. I was basically pain free enough on day 6 to stop pain killers. When my other knee goes out I will not hesitate to go to Dr. DaSilva and Rebound orthopedics. I highly recommend both.

We received great care and service from the initial appointment through his surgery and all post op visits. - This was my first visit to this Office they came highly recommended and Dr. DaSilva has a great game plan started for me. This isn’t the first orthopedic dr I’ve seen I just reinsured a knee that after two surgeries was healed and not hurting. - In 2011 I injured my shoulder. I got an MRI and notice I had a small tear in one of the muscles. A cortisone shot was applied and that fixed things very nicely. Then in late 2013 I reinjured the same should. Another MRI was obtained and I had done significant more damage and in a different place. Another shot was administered to see if the body could heal itself again. After some time it was determined that it was not going to heal and actually was getting worse. Surgery was scheduled and I was fixed in less than two weeks. It is healing well with Rebound Therapy and my going to the swimming pool has accelerated that progress.
