- Dr Damodar was excellent in fixing my torn rotator cuff. He patiently answered all my questions prior to surgery and required the Physical Therapists to fit the shoulder brace used after surgery prior to my actual surgery (the previous surgery 15 years prior they waited till after the surgery to fit the brace, which was difficult and painful to do). After surgery he took as much time as I needed to explain what he actually saw during the surgery and what he did to fix my shoulder. The periodic aftercare visits by Dr Damador over the next six months were exceptional and always patient in responding to my questions. If I ever need another shoulder surgery, I would definitely return to Dr Damador, no hesitation what so ever.

Dr was a little late due to lack of proper communication, but he apologized profusely.. and I was ok with it anyway, it happens:) But Dr Damodar (and staff) were very thorough and efficient, and made sure I didn't have any questions before leaving. The Dr also approved a referral for PT for a degenerative disc in my back, which I wasn't even being seen for.. which I greatly appreciated! An overall very positive experience.
