- I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr Heather Roberts. I am less than 2 weeks out from a total hip replacement. Dr Roberts is kind and caring, taking time to listen to my problems and anecdotes. She has excellent credentials and always a smile on her face. At first I was a little skeptical about seeing a surgeon who is so young but it was definitely the right move for me. Let me back up a bit…I have had back pain for several years. I’ve had my hip X-rayed multiple times and was always told it was fine. Then, two years ago I had my back X-rayed and was told I had deteriorating vertebrae and a pinched nerve for which I received steroid injections. I decided to consult with a neurosurgeon at Rebound who told me I needed a hip replacement. My surgery went very smoothly. Rebound did a great job preparing me with phone calls, YouTube videos, a Zoom class, and office visits. They sent text messages when it was time for me to start or stop medications or other preparations for surgery. I am very lucky that I had very little pain. I took pain meds for 2 days, then switched to Tylenol for a few days. My incision is healing well and I no longer need a walker. For me, the BEST result is that I am completely free of back pain! I’m looking forward to hiking again and returning to my active routine.

- Today I received a total hip replacement and my experience could not have been better! Dr Roberts was attentive and professional. She made a point of making sure that any questions I had were addressed. So far (6 hours post op) I am feeling well and have good mobility. My walking gait is smooth and comfortable. I am extremely happy with the care I have received from Dr Roberts and the staff at Rebound. Update…I saw Dr Roberts today for my final check up/ 7 weeks post op. I have been extremely pleased with both my recovery and all the care I received from the surgical staff and the Rebound physical therapist, Amanda Shin. All my appointments have gone smoothly and n a timely fashion. I am now completely pain free and back to all my normal activities. Thanks Dr Roberts and Amanda for putting me back to rights!

Dr. Heather Roberts shared medical knowledge, x-ray,s and conversations about care. She was also open to anything I had to say or was worried about. I had a speedy comfortable recovery and was up and walking without a cane in just a couple of weeks…… even though I am old! I love that I was not just kicked out the door when the surgery was over. I was checked and double checked for a few months afterwards. I have given the doctor a score of 10 and have recommended friends receive their joint care by doctor Roberts. - She is nothing short of incredible! She is brilliant (look up her background!) but also extremely kind and understanding and actually listens to you. I was really scared to have my hip done but she answered questions, had solutions for my concerns, and came to see me as soon as I was awake. She and Dr. Parker (wonderfully caring anesthesiologist) and the staff at SW Surgery Center made this a very organized and smooth experience and even motivating post-op. - From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was just exceptional. In all honesty, I am not sure where you would/could improve. The care, concern and professionalism is greatly appreciated. I had total hip replacement and feel so fortunate to have had Dr. Heather Roberts as my surgeon. She answered all questions and concerns that I had prior to surgery, and I was so surprised and amazed that I was able to walk (with a walker) just an hour or so after surgery. Dr. Roberts is warm, friendly and her bedside manner made me feel at ease from the very beginning. I am truly thankful. I believe this is my fourth surgery at Rebound over the past 12 years and I am so glad I found them.

- Well.. for going to the hospital it was great. Got me right in. Took the exrays pretty fast. Than I met with DR. Heather. She was great. DOC showed me th exrays and what was causing all the trouble. She explained the process very throughly. She went through some stretches/leg hip movement. I asked if there was a solution. And Dr Heather got to show me her talkative side. She showed me on her computer how things would go and what Rebounds expectations are as far as nicotine use goes and other ways to start preparing your body for the best possible experience. Needless to say...I'm super stoked and excited. I have been releasing with pain regularly for 2 years. I know that probaly not very long. But it's Hella long to me. I live/lived a very active life. The last 2 years have been F.. brutal. So.i have hope that I can go birdbhunting with my dogs. Who by the way are kind of mad at me. Cuss I can't keep up. Lol. If I can bird hunt and ski. - I fell due to a depth perception issue and was taken by ambulance to PeaceHealth and met Dr Heather Roberts, who performed a full hip replacement due to 2 femoral breaks. I had a history of another wound with trouble healing. Dr Roberts consistently, weekly, saw me to monitor the healing progress with an area seeping. At about the 3 month mark, she went back in and did a cleanup…. or debridement. Dr Roberts has always had genuine concern, encouragement, knowledge, and confidence! I am extremely impressed and would refer family and friends to her!

- The upcoming knee replacement surgery will be my second experience with Rebound. Everyone has been exceptional especially Dr. Roberts. She made me feel comfortable with the decision to proceed with the knee surgery, which will be both knees over the next few months. There are a few steps that are necessary prior to the surgery but they are simple and I'm looking forward to the first operation hopefully the first of January.
