Dr. Roberts was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain what she was seeing in the x-rays. She went over her assessment, and gave options for treatment. She was kind and respectful, answered all my questions, and did not rush through the exam. She exuded competency and compassionate care.

From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was just exceptional. In all honesty, I am not sure where you would/could improve. The care, concern and professionalism is greatly appreciated. I had total hip replacement and feel so fortunate to have had Dr. Heather Roberts as my surgeon. She answered all questions and concerns that I had prior to surgery, and I was so surprised and amazed that I was able to walk (with a walker) just an hour or so after surgery. Dr. Roberts is warm, friendly and her bedside manner made me feel at ease from the very beginning. I am truly thankful. I believe this is my fourth surgery at Rebound over the past 12 years and I am so glad I found them.

Dr. Heather Roberts has been such a valuable resource for my hip replacement. Her professionalism and genuine care for my needs has been so wonderful. My surgery went incredibly well today and I have complete trust in her communication and skills. The team today has met every need with enthusiasm and the feel of a personal connection and care. I am very fortunate to have been blessed with such a caring doctor and team led by her. Update. May 6. I met for my follow up and my progress has been excellent and I attribute it to her skill base. She is so easy to talk with and provides me with all the information I need and insight moving forward. I am blessed to have her be my care provider.

Thanks Heather I really appreciate you, my hand seems to be healing just fine and movement after the second surgery, Heather knew what she was doing, she made everything peaceful for my surgery she came in with a jazz music or whatever it was it was very mindfulness I'll always remember that thanks I appreciate you and you're the best and I recommend anybody to receive surgery from Heather that needs it peace.

Well.. for going to the hospital it was great. Got me right in. Took the exrays pretty fast. Than I met with DR. Heather. She was great. DOC showed me th exrays and what was causing all the trouble. She explained the process very throughly. She went through some stretches/leg hip movement. I asked if there was a solution. And Dr Heather got to show me her talkative side. She showed me on her computer how things would go and what Rebounds expectations are as far as nicotine use goes and other ways to start preparing your body for the best possible experience. Needless to say...I'm super stoked and excited. I have been releasing with pain regularly for 2 years. I know that probaly not very long. But it's Hella long to me. I live/lived a very active life. The last 2 years have been F.. brutal. So.i have hope that I can go birdbhunting with my dogs. Who by the way are kind of mad at me. Cuss I can't keep up. Lol. If I can bird hunt and ski. Life is pretty good. Happy Sat.

Had my left hip replacement surgery by Dr. Roberts. I was in so much pain and was terrified. Dr. Roberts was friendly, kind and a straight shooter. She did a fantastic job on my hip and now I'm pain free. I highly recommend Rebound and Dr. Heather Roberts!!

I fell due to a depth perception issue and was taken by ambulance to PeaceHealth and met Dr Heather Roberts, who performed a full hip replacement due to 2 femoral breaks. I had a history of another wound with trouble healing. Dr Roberts consistently, weekly, saw me to monitor the healing progress with an area seeping. At about the 3 month mark, she went back in and did a cleanup…. or debridement. Dr Roberts has always had genuine concern, encouragement, knowledge, and confidence! I am extremely impressed and would refer family and friends to her!

I recently had a total left hip replacement by Rebound Clinic’s Dr. Heather Roberts. In the pre-op appointments she explained what to expect from the surgery and recovery in great detail and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Dr Roberts is very personable and caring. Rebound’s exceptional staff provided a great deal of information from pre-op thru recovery via a manual, videos and a hip class. The whole experience went smoothly and I anticipate a successful recovery.

Dr Robert's was very professional and sympathetic. She was very open and honest about my weight loss and said that I only needed to lose 25lbs in order to have the surgery. That is a doable number. Thank you for your pawith me. Lisa

Dr. Roberts was very detailed when covering my upcoming hip replacement. She is understanding and extremely knowledgeable regarding the process. She is also kind and amicable! I am so grateful to have had her as my surgeon!

Dr. Roberts and her entire staff are absolutely amazing. The only issue I had is the waiting list for surgery are way too long and explaining of the dental clearance needs. Other than that was fantastic. It was lifesaving.

All staff made sure my needs were met: made me comfortable, answered my questions, and assured me I was doing well. It seemed like they took extra time with me.

The upcoming knee replacement surgery will be my second experience with Rebound. Everyone has been exceptional especially Dr. Roberts. She made me feel comfortable with the decision to proceed with the knee surgery, which will be both knees over the next few months. There are a few steps that are necessary prior to the surgery but they are simple and I'm looking forward to the first operation hopefully the first of January.
