- I am very confident that Tim Black, PA, and Jesse McCarron, MD, made accurate diagnoses of my traumatic rotator and biceps injury, and more importantly, expert repair. I particularly appreciated seeing photos from the surgery and reading the operative note, as all my symptoms, as well as the slow but steady healing process, are so much more easily understood. Everything is proceeding as expected. The staff has also been excellent, both in the office and in the surgical center - kind, informative and skilled. - I was literally crippled from my work place accident. My work place doctors told me to go to physical therapy. After 6 weeks of agonizing pain, I got a second opinion at Rebound. Dr. McCarron took images of my shoulder, Rotator Cuff to be more specific, found that I had an almost full tear. Within one month later I was in surgery. Thank you so much Dr. McCarron !! The Rehab department at Rebound is also AMAZING !!. Big shout out to Pam, Meghan, Helen, and of course Buck !! You guys Rock. Thanks for your getting me back to ME !!!

With a constant can do attitude matched with his skill as a surgeon made my experience even through the pain a pleasure. At no time did I feel or sence I was on a conveyor belt as a patient. The day of my surgery he personally called my mother as she was my ride home to discuss what he could with her to put her at ease. He assured her I was off the table, the surgery went even better than they had hoped amd that she coukd relax knowing her son was ok. We all know how mothers are no matter my age. His staff made calls to check on me after surgery when I was home amd made my own persobel hell tolerable amd as pleasant as possible. The Dr. Himself and the staff he works with is by far a credit to rebound and a credit to the trade chosen , and that no person or company can put a value to! I will send anyone I know to this staff and team for care.

- After Dr. McCarron repaired my right rotator cuff and biceps in the spring of 2020, I can honestly say that arm is the best limb on my body. So, when it became time to address the same issues on my left side in 2023, I wouldn't consider going to anyone else. Dr. McCarron and his staff are top notch and I can't recommend them highly enough. I have, in fact, referred several people to Dr. McCarron and will continue. The guy knows what he is doing and does it well, from diagnosis to aftercare. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you are in need of an excellent surgeon and do not seek a consult with him. I kind of wish I had a third shoulder, just so I could have him repair it!

- I’ve been struggling with my right shoulder for years & Dr. McCarron takes the time to explain what he believes is going on & what my options are. He listens to not only my concerns, but is willing to discuss all the options several steps ahead in a very compassionate & confident manner. He also played medical detective when I needed a 2nd surgery 6mos after a total shoulder replacement, was willing to admit when he had no answers. I have total confidence in not on Dr. McCarron, but Tim Black as well. Most important, I LIKE my doctors.

- I want to recommend surgeon Jessie MCCARRON for anyone going thru surgery..Very nice and concerning type of gentleman. Jessie did my rotator cuff surgery and explained everything to a T and some and was never in a hurry to run on to next patient, he would always ask " is there any questions or concerns" and made me feel more than welcome and his staff are very nice people too??

- I visited Dr. Jesse McCarron for a 2'nd opinion regarding failed left and right shoulder replacements after 10 years. I had had surgery by a very competent surgeon but for extenuating reasons the surgeries had failed and over the course of the 10 years this doctor had retired. I was now looking at some very complex surgery due to extensive arthritis in the joints with a likely outcome of reverse shoulder replacements. This of course was not my first choice and I had come to Dr. McCarron for other options. Dr. McCarron reviewed the extensive workups I had undergone and was very empathetic and compassionate about future possibilities. Even though he was running "a bit" late and probably didn't know if he would be preforming the surgery - I never felt the least bit rushed and had all my questions answered. I really felt he wanted the very best for me and shared a vast amount of his expertise. Now it is in the hands of the insurance companies but I would never doubt his sincerity and ability. Thank you Dr. Jesse McCarron.
