- I love and respect my doctor and his staff at Rebound my Dr is the first doctor that I can actually talk to and he always listens and for the first time will actually do what is best for me and doesn't just prescribe pills to mask the issues but will actually take care of the issue so I don't live in the pain like other Drs will just give pills to keep you in pain and keep you coming back to them cause you are just a paycheck to them and they do not have to care about you or your pain

- I normally don't like Drs but, Doctor Nemecek is one I admire cause he is special and one amazing doctor. You can not find doctors like him anymore. He listens and he cares about each and every one of his patients. I am also pretty sure that when he did my first spine surgery he even came in on his days off just to check on me every day I was there. He will pray with you before and after the surgeries if you asked him to and Dr Nemecek is the first and only surgeon I felt safe and only surgeon I have faith in, and believe in. He is the only Dr I trust. and I have seen people have the same surgeries I have had and in same areas in our spines, they couldn't walk or they were in more pain after there surgeries, but I am so thankful that I was given my Dr Nemecek, every one of my surgeries he has done, I have been able to be up and walking and never been in as much pain or had to much problems after my surgeries and I have had 46 surgeries on my body & in my body and I have never had trust or faith in any of my Drs like I do in Dr Nemecek. I have had a few surgeons and drs that I had bad surgeries and had to have extra surgeries because of them not doing them right. So in my book Dr Nemecek is special and one of a kind, you can not find good Drs that care and listen & actually look out for your best interest and best outcomes for you the patients. He is one special one of a kind amazing doctor.

- I saw Dr. Nemecek for a impinged nerve in L2/L3 area of the spine. Dr. Nemecek took the time to listen to my description of the various symptoms. It was also very clear that he had also reviewed both the x-rays and the MRI prior to meeting with me. - I had a ruptured disc. As a physician myself, I understood the seriousness of back surgery. Dr. Nemecek reviewed all the options from injections to surgery. He explained the surgery and his approach: do what needs to be done, no more, no less. The proof is in the results. Surgery was done as an outpatient. I had no postoperative difficulties. - Dr. Nemecek, was friendly, personable, and explained everything to me without being condescending. He was supportive of my decisions and understanding about my apprehension. He was efficient with time, but not in the typical “hand on the door” way that many doctors seem to have.

- Consult scheduling was timely with patient friendly over-the-phone registration so paperwork at first appointment was light. Dr. Nemecek was friendly, requested x-rays because I believe he did not want to rely on a previous MRI report (done just a few weeks earlier); reviewed one of the x-rays with me & asked questions with folllow ups; offered opinions making sure I understood how the diagnosis, preliminary though it was, was arrived at; finally, asked if I had any questions.

- I’ve seen many doctors, of all of them, Dr Nemecek is my favorite. He is thorough, precise and does what needs to be done. If something doesn’t need to be done, he has no problems voicing that as well. I love leaving his office knowing my health is in the best hands and feeling certain that all of my questions, plus ones I didn’t know I should be asking, have been answered. I am not only extremely happy with Dr Nemecek’s care, I’m confident that my best interests are being looked out for.

- I was extremely impressed with Dr. Nemecek. His bedside manner was outstanding. He was direct and fore coming. He had reviewed my MRI prior to my visit and he knew right away surgery wasn't indicated in my case and referred me on to physicians who could help.

- Met Dr. Nemecek at good Samaritan Hospital after being admitted to the ER because of lower back and leg pain that was excruciating . After a review of my MRI the findings were that I had three sis wrapping around my spinal cord which needed to be removed and he performed . After years of pain and disability waking up without pain was something I never expected ! This skill and his expertise will always be valued respected and thought of as nothing less then excellence. We are forever thankful .

- If you need to see a neurosurgeon, this is the doc to go to! He is very compassionate and will explain your disease and surgery in a way you can easily understand. Preparation for surgery and the surgery were so much easier for me because I was informed so well. His clinic and hospital team are also amazing. I never thought I could see my doctor on a weekend. He was right there for me.
