- I had a cyst on the back of my right hand that had been causing me pain. The cyst was wrapped around the ligament of my pointer finger causing me pain and to drop things! Dr Benjamin got in there and removed the cyst and repaired the ligament in about 45 minutes! Thank you Doctor Jacobs ❤️❤️

- I’ve had two other surgeries at Rebound with this being my third. I really appreciate the care provided at Rebound. The admitting staff was great …informative and always with a smile. The nurses preparing me for surgery were all about making sure I was comfortable, explaining what they were doing and why. They didn't make me feel like i was just another patient but rather their only patient. Dr Jacobs was in to chat and explain again what all the surgery would involve and what to expect afterwards. The anesthesiologist also came in. This is the part that always make me nervous…the power of a drug that can quickly put you sound to sleep. He explained to me the process and how closely he monitors during the surgery. He topped it off with a little joke to lighten my spirits and ended the conversation with a smile I highly recommend Rebound ..and Dr Jacobs has been great to work with.

He explained in language I could understand what the issues are with my thumbs, what my future care options are, and referred me to a hand therapist for braces to offer the support I need to use my hands better. My elderly mom is also a patient of Dr. Jacobs and he treated her with so much compassion and respect. She received steroid injections for her arthritis and trigger fingers and was very impressed with how kind and conscientious he was regarding her vision impairment and options for treatment of her disabled fingers due to a fall. Drm Jacobs speaks in clear language to address all available options and does so in a way that makes his patients feel understood and heard.

- Rebounds patient care is phenomenal! I see two different doctors here and they’ve both always been amazing. Dr Jacobs is the man to see if your hands don’t work like they used to! I’m a young-ish woman, but he’s never made me feel like I was stupid or lying like many doctors have. I have a *lot* of health issues and see a myriad of doctors. I have yet to have a single complaint about Rebound or any of their patient facing employees. All have been kind, compassionate and empathetic. Heck, this place will even let you come in for imaging until 10pm!! For some that’s ridiculous, but many of us are on weird schedules and late works best, this is fantastic!

- Dr. Jacobs is a great doctor! I broke my left wrist five years ago and he didn't automatically recommend surgery. He suggested waiting a week to see if it would heal by itself but it didn't. He did a great job with the surgery. You can hardly see the scar and it hasn't bothered me since then. So when I broke my right wrist this week I only wanted Dr. Jacobs as my doctor. He's thorough, caring and an excellent surgeon. He has also done my carpal tunnel surgery and treated my arthritis in my thumb. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobs. In fact, when my boss broke her elbow I recommended she see Dr Jacobs.

- Dr. Jacobs is a gem. He has the manner of an ideal physician: He is calm, professional yet friendly, and he always describes what he will be doing and why. Dr. Jacobs treated me for Dupuytren’s contracture by injecting my palm with xiaflex which dissolves the nodules and cords caused by Dupuytren’s. Now 2 weeks post procedure the flexibility of my fingers improves daily and they are already 95% back to “normal”.

- If you have any problems with your hands Dr. Ben is the man to help you with that problem. I've had a deteriorated joint in my right thumb that was very painful. Dr. Ben offered shots or surgery. After the third shot, which were very painful, I had the surgery. I should have had that done in the first place. Now I've been having pain in my left forefinger. I was ready for surgery first this time but Dr. Ben felt that the shot will stop this pain quickly. Wow after two days I don't have any pain. Amazing 😍

- Dr Jacobs at Rebound Orthopedics in Camas WA is awesome! He took all the time needed to thoroughly listen to all my symptoms, he did a very thorough orthopedic exam of my areas of complaint, and then he took his time to explain my diagnosis to me, answer all my questions, explain all my diagnostic and treatment options, and he checked in with me to ask if I had any additional questions. Also, the medical assistant ordered X-rays right after taking my medical history and my vital signs, and then the X-ray tech came in right away, quickly and professionally took my X-rays, and Dr Jacobs evaluated my X-rays before coming into the exam room, all of which was very quick and efficient, giving him more time to do his exam and answer all my questions. I would absolutely come back here again if I need to in the future, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

- Rebound provides world class physical therapy. They treated my "tennis elbow" and I remain pain free. I needed surgery on my trigger finger. Dr. Jacobs is a leader in the field. Prior to surgery, he tried cortisone twice, so his first choice was conservative, which I appreciate. Rebound is well respected in this area. Only negative is that they are very busy. Covid had not helped. But I was willing to wait for care as I have confidence in their skills. Overall experience positive.

- Dr. Jacobs was willing to take my case after having a diagnosis elsewhere. I was not looking for a second opinion, but having changed jobs recently, I no longer had that insurance or access to the physician who originally diagnosed me. Dr. Jacobs was clear, concise, and provided a detailed diagnosis of my condition, as well as suspecting an additional issue I had never heard of, which he described in detail. Dr. Jacobs was professional, and confident with the information he provided, and willing to answer questions and take any time I needed. Additionally, he was very aware of my time, as he was waiting for prior test results, but didn't want to keep me waiting. He let me know he would be in contact. I am so thankful to find a doctor I can rely on to treat my pain.
