- I had a repair of my right shoulder rotator cuff today. From checking in at the surgery center to getting home, everything went very well. Nursing, support and operating room staff explained things to me easily and thoroughly. Dr. Gregory Gramstad is very calm and explained things thoroughly to my wife and I and answered our questions completely. We decided on using an ice machine post operatively to help reduce inflammation and promote healing and comfort. Its usage was explained well by the. Vendor and staff. It couldn’t have been a better day with what I just endured. Hoping for a speedy recovery and back at golf ASAP. Thank you all.

- Wife had a rotator cuff that had tears in multiple places. Another doctor felt it could not be repaired and sent us to Dr. Gramstad for a second opinion. He thought it may be possible to repair and would at least clean up things in the shoulder to try and help alleviate pain. After going in, he determined that he could fix it, and my wife is no longer in pain after almost crying herself to sleep for a few months because of pain. After some physical therapy she will be able to use her arm normally again. Thanks Dr. Gramstad!

- I have been going to Dr Gramstad for many years, with pain and cortisone shots. Then I had to have repair surgery on one and several years later a full reversal replacement on the other. Dr. Gramsrad is always kind, sympathetic, and takes the time needed to be sure all my questions are answered. I have so much faith in him that I don't think I could ever go to any other doctor for my shoulder issues. - I was told by other surgeons that my rotator cuff was not repairable. Dr Gramstad didn't seem to have an issue and so far so good ( I'm still in recovery). - Ongoing appointments with Rebound. I suffered a severe shoulder injury which required surgery and several months of recovery and rehab. - It was a Blessing that I was referred to Rebound. My Surgeon Gregory Gramstad,MD was able to give me back my life. After 4years of level 10 pain. I had not been able to sleep from the pain for at least 18 months for more than a hour here and hour there. When he said he could see from my XRay that I would need to have surgery. Soon after that I had a Complete Shoulder Replacement. The same day hours after surgery, I was able to exercise on the over head pulley's. Yes, I needed pain meds in the beginning. Physical Therapy started the same week. My recovery was fast at 63 a female followed exercise routine. The Physical Therapist's were very knowledgeable and so helpful to reach my goal and more. At 3 months I thought I had experienced a Miracle. Told Dr Gramstad he was a Magician! At One year I am able to reach, lift, pull, & push oh ya wash my hair without screaming out in pain. Yes I can reach behind my back again. These seem like all easy things to do until you can't. I would recommend Rebound Dr Gramstad and all the staff to anyone needing his expertise. - My name is Joan Cummings. I have been a patient of Dr. Gramstad for three years. He came recommended to us by an orthopedic surgeon in Bend who said he was “the best in the state.“ I have found that to unequivocally be the case! I have had two procedures done by Dr. Gramstad, both shoulder replacements. The first was a traditional replacement, and I have near 100% mobility in that shoulder, and zero pain. The second replacement was a “reverse“ replacement, and it is also turned out to be so much better than I expected! Zero pain! - This was my first time visiting Dr Gramstad and his office. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Within approx 10 min of arriving I was called to go back to exam room. I was weighed and height measured before being led into the exam room. Dr Gramstad’s assistant asked me a couple of questions to do with my visit then left me to wait for X-ray tech for xrays. This wait time was less than 5 min. The techs were very thorough and I was back in the exam room awaiting Dr Gramstad who was also very thorough with his examination of my shoulder. This wait time was also very short. He listened and gave me explanations that a layman could understand. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit Dr Gramstad again and I most definately would recommend him to anyone with a shoulder issue.

- I had been suffering from rotator cuff pain for years. A prominent Orthopedic group on the area told me nothing was wrong, that physical therapy was all that was available. Well, after going to Rebound, sure enough, I had a full tear. Although the surgery was a doozie and required an extensive recovery and rehab, Dr. Gramstad was a true professional throughout the entire process. Showing a great bedside manner and personality, always asking about the family, greatly concerned with my ability to be active post surgery (I coach several youth sports), and to get the most out of the surgery. Overall, an excellent doctor who I would highly recommend!

- Clearly knows his speciality on shoulders. With a couple of xrays, he quickly diagnosed my problem, and thoroughly explained my options. For The short term, I received an injection of Cortizone, which helped immediately and my shoulder feels better than it has in years. I will return again in a few months to determine the future. - When I met Dr. Gramstad, I couldn't shake anyone's hand. Now, I can handshake, hug, lift my arm above my head, carry packages, & even carefully pick up my grandson. Life has not been this good since I fell at the end of June 2018. Dr. G performed the "reverse shoulder" procedure. I know I still have a ways to go for less discomfort, I feel better everyday. - Doctor Gramstad this is the second injury that he has help me with first my shoulder I had a clipped bi cap muscle. Then I had a major injury broke all 3 long bones in my left arm screws a plate long screw and a new head for my ulna. I got all but maybe about 10% back. He is the best arm and shoulder surgeon.

- Dr. Gramstad was amazing. I fell on the ice and dislocated my shoulder, tore my bicep, and tore my rotator cuff. He explained what he would do and he made sure I understood. After surgery, he came out to see me and showed me the pictures of where my bicep was shredded and explained how he had to hook my bicep to the bone. The surgery wasn't painful. I have full use of my arm in 6 months thanks to a therapist who works with Dr. Gramstad, Helen.

- I detached my bicep several months ago and chose Dr. Gramstad for the surgery. Most of the time during the office visits both before and after the surgery I consulted with his assistant Jennifer, who explained everything and answered all my questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. On the day of my surgery Dr. Gramstad met with me and explained everything one more time. Everything went perfectly. It’s been five months since my injury and I’m now completely healed.

- I have known Dr. Gramstad since 2010. At that time he did bilat. Shld. Arthroscopy surgery on my shoulders. In 2011 he did a left shoulder replacement on me. In 2013 he replaced my right shoulder. I just saw him recently, and may have to have shoulder revision surgery again at some point. I have been a very complex patient for him and many other physicians at rebound over the year's!!! I feel Dr. Gramstad has done an amazing job with my shoulders and has made me very happy. I know he is #1!

- He repaired a complete rotator cuff tear beautifully! I'm recovering faster then all expected (doctors, PT, family & friends). All my concerns and questions were answered respectfully so I understood what to do before surgery, care after, and recovery back to full mobility. I have discovered from seeing at my PT appointments and hearing from friends & others those who choose not to prepare before surgery and do not follow through with the daily required exercises do not make a full recovery!

- I shattered my radius head and tore two tendons in my elbow that resulted from a dislocated elbow. I had surgery to repair the two tendons and put a cap on the radius. Dr. Gramstad was direct and honest with me regarding the procedure and prognosis. It's been 7 months since the surgery and I'm very pleased with the results. I have exceeded the range of motion common with this type of procedure. He has excellent interpersonal skills (bedside manner sounds odd to me)and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a similar procedure.

- 2010 I had major shoulder surgery, which included repair of my Subscapularis Tendon. My shoulder is stronger than it has ever been, 100% usage, no pain, very minimal scar tissue considering the large incision. - After a skiing accident I had Dr. Gramstad replace my shoulder. His surgical skills are wonderful. His bedside manner was very good and he took the necessary time during office visits to address all of my concerns.
