- My overall experience with Rebound was excellent. The pre- operative and post-operative communication from the Rebound staff was timely, friendly and professional. They scheduled all pre-operative exams, xrays and consultations and handled all insurance items. The surgery center staff were friendly, caring and put me at ease before and after surgery. Dr. Crary and P.A. Mary Zoconni are a highly skilled orthopedic surgeon and specialist. I selected them based on their education backgrounds, experience, reviews, referrals from other health providers and friends that had been treated by them. - Dr. Crary may be the best doctor that I’ve ever had, and that saying something since I’m pushing 60. I had a rather complicated case since I had congenital defects with both of my feet. I had the 1st foot basically rebuilt about four years ago. I’m no longer in pain, and he did an amazing job. I’m recovering from the surgery on my other foot now, and I’m sure that I’ll be equally happy with the results. He has a great bedside manner, is patient with numerous questions, and has a very calming demeanor. He’s very dedicated, and proof of that is that he actually drove in to the hospital to do my surgery during the ice storm we had in January.

- This has been a 3 year journey for me. I met Dr Crary this year after having a failed surgery. Feeling defeated and hopeless when I came to Rebound for a 2nd opinion. Our 1st visit, he agreed with the first surgeons diagnosis, but said he treats this diagnosis differently, with his program only maybe 1 out of hundreds end up surgical. His regiment was less tedious than my prior surgeons program, and with in 12 wks I was able to take a step without any pain. 1st time in 3 years walking was painfree. He is freaking magical. Grateful for trusting in Dr. Crary, couldn't be more happier. Plus the staff is truly amazing, especially considering how incredibly busy they are. I always feel like the only person in the room when I am with their staff, regardless of the chaos going on around us.

- Dr Crary has been fantastic through out this very stressful event ( I broke my ankle in 3 places). I am so grateful for his skill as a surgeon and his flexibility when I expressed concerns over being placed in a traditional cast. Instead I was able to stay in a hard splint for four weeks. - I will never go to another Orthopedic Hospital for surgery period. Only REBOUND gets my business! Their doctors Specialize in their fields, meaning my current physician, Dr. Crary for example, does foot & ankle surgeries, ONLY! Dr. Gramstad will be doing my Shoulders, ONLY. Various professionals physicians specializing in specific body "parts!" Don't go anywhere else. Locations, that I'm aware of, are in Oregon, Washington and Southern California who take care of the major sport teams all over. They do excellent work and they do it right! This time, about 2+ years ago, I crushed my left foot & ankle horribly. I'm in the process of pre-op exams now. Then Dr. Crary will do Major Surgery on that area, and put me back together again! I have great faith in the doctors & their support teams too! "Unfortunately," not because of Rebound or any staff there, but I'll be back for more surgeries...

- 12-13 years ago, I was one of Dr. Crary's origin Star ankle replacements. I had discovered the joint was just approved by the FDA. European results looked promising. Dr.Crary and his associate had been recently trained in the procedure by someone I was considering, but would have meant an out of town surgery. My initial interview with him was so overwhelmingly confidence inspiring, I made a decision that day to proceed. He listened, he explained thoroughly, he didn't talk down to me. The surgery went well and I had the next 12 years doing things I could not have done for the prior 20 years. Never even had to go back for help because I was so problem free. At 70 years of age, I broke a plastic piece in the joint that is a motion bearing with a limited life. Other than some cautions I had been informed of, I lived as though I had no surgery. I am at home recovering very rapidly from a simple replacement of that one part. I can not over state how grateful I am for Dr. Crary.

- I have had Dr. Crary do both of my feet one 16 years ago and I just finished my last check up today for this last surgery both of them were sub talar fusions and one bunion correction. I am pain-free without need of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories and it feels really pretty good. Now I have permission to begin to rebuild my endurance working towards a 2 mile walk which will put us back on our normal routine we’ve had throughout our married life. - The line was long to check in at the start. Later they had more people help out and then things went smoothly. I was checked in to see the doctor at the time scheduled. They had 2 assistants who I followed to my room. In the room they took information right away and not waiting. Then in a few minutes a person came in to take me to have some X-rays done. When he was done went back to the room and then in few minutes Dr Crary came in and introduced himself. He then examined my ankle and said what needed to do done and what needed to be done first.

- Dr. Crary worked to avoid surgery until there was really no other course of action. This approach was appreciated and a bit surprising given that he is an orthopedic surgeon...I expected that he might go immediately to the surgical option. We explored all the possibilities over the course of about 8 months. He’s very open and communicative and helped me understand what was happening and why. He really is an amazing and wonderful doctor...and human.

- Was lucky enough to have ruptured my Achilles's. Met with Dr Crary to discuss options and choose surgery to repair it. All went very smoothly at clinic and now it's been 12 weeks since. Walking slowly on my own with PT once a week at Rebound strengthening my leg muscles again. Dr Crary has seenm since to check progress and said it is spot on in healing. This is a long recovery and the teams at Rebound have been great in making it easier. Highly recommend Dr Crary and his staff.

- I had ankle surgery on a nonunion ankle fracture in March 2019 performed by Dr. Crary and my overall experience has been incredible. - Dr Crary was great. Knowledgeable and helpful. His billing people were a problem. First said my insurance was not accepted than they said it was so I got some x-rays done. Without accepted insurance I wouldn't have had a x-ray just a consult. Next day billing people called to say my insurance is not accepted

- I had visited two doctors before Dr. Crary, and they were awful experiences. I was complaining to my friends, and one told their mother who has been an physician in the area for 20 years, and whose daughter had multiple foot/ankle injuries. She recommended Dr. Crary (the one she trusted for her own daughter) and I could immediately see why! It was the first physician appointment where I felt my questions were heard and my options explained thoroughly. I have complete confidence in my recovery. I would recommend him to anyone, especially those who are very cost-conscious about their recovery strategy. (That's where his explaining really shone above the rest.)
