- I've seen plenty of doctors over my 72 years of age, observing how their organizations deal with their patients. Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery is the best medical organization by far and they excel at patient service. Dr. Donald Roberts, his medical team, the Rebound support staff, and the external people they have chosen to work with have been outstanding. I'm always on time for an appointment and the Rebound staff always meets with me shortly after I arrive. Before coming to Rebound, I had to wait an hour and a half to see the doctor at another orthopedic clinic. I appreciate an organization that respects my time. Everyone at Rebound has been very welcoming, professional and personable. Everything they commit to they deliver. I just received a right knee replacement five days ago and I am already walking with minimal pain. I owe this to Dr. Roberts incredible skills as a orthopedic surgeon as well as his professional staff who fully educated me regarding my responsibilities before and after the surgery. A guidebook on my knee replacement provided by Rebound and daily text messages sent to my phone, reminding me what I should be doing next, kept me focused on having a successful experience with this surgery. Dr. Roberts and his nursing staff were available to address any issues that might arise. I took all my recommended medication's on schedule, had two meetings so far with my physical therapist, and have performed all the exercises at home recommended by the PT and Rebound, religiously. Rebound has done their part, now it is up to me to do mine. Rebound has told me what to do and I am doing it. The results so far speak for themselves. If you need orthopedic surgery of any kind in the future, I highly recommend you consider the Rebound organization. You won't regret it.

- I had my TKR R knee 4/18 Dr. Roberts and his team did an amazing job. Very minimal pain, recovery was quick, I was driving , walking without trekking poles, reached 130 degree knee flexion in 18 days post op. Pain level 1-2. He did an excellent job. - So back in 2003 or 2004 can't remember. I had my ACL repaired. Robert's is absolutely the best! So because of my active life style. i fear after 20 years of snowboarding, basketball, rock climbing, volleyball and many other sports I have torn something in my knee again 😢. Volleyball just a routine jump to black a ball and landed awkwardly and something buckled in me surgically repaired knee!? Ugh I'm so mad😪. There is no question on who I want to do my surgery again if needed. Praying I just dislocated it!?🙏. Robert's is absolutely the best there is. Recovery time, clean and low scare tissue. - This was my best experience with surgical care. My surgery was at 3:00 pm so my recovery was during the night. My primary RN that night was Christina. She was a lovely, genuinely caring person. She responded to my pain issues with quiet, caring confidence. Because of my pain level and the meds they tried, I did not sleep at all. Once they changed my RX I was able to complete my PT and go home before 10:30 am. I believe I had exceptional care at Salmon Creek Medical Center in all phases of my surgery.

- I have been the recipient of two total knee replacements (right and left) by Dr. Donald Roberts and his team at Rebound, and extended team at NW Surgical Specialists. My procedures were four years apart due to different rates of deterioration of my natural knees. Both procedures were a total success and have changed my life by restoring the complete functionality of both legs, which had become significantly disabled. I’m in my sixties and with my new knees I have cycled thousands of miles across the country and have done strenuous hiking. I did significant research prior to my first surgery, and because the procedure was so successful in every way, I did not consider going elsewhere for the second procedure. Dr. Roberts and his team are caring and courteous professionals who spent a lot of time answering my many questions before each procedure. I had no complications from either surgery, I was mobile immediately and pain was effectively and efficiently managed. The companion physical therapy was a total success. I can not recommend Dr. Roberts and his team highly enough.

- I feel quite fortunate to have Dr Roberts assigned to my case when my primary care doctor referred me to Rebound Orthopedics and Neurosurgery. He's an experienced physician who has adopted a style of interacting with patients that, decades ago, used to be the norm. That is to say, he spends a good deal of time in the examination room listening carefully, asking pertinent questions and explaining various aspects of physiology in layman's terms. - Best ortho around! I have been seeing Dr Roberts for years to manage osteoarthritis and meniscus issues. He's always ready to help manage the pain with something other than a knee replacement, though the writing is on the wall that I will need knee replacements. When it is time to do the knee replacements I would not consider anyone else: Dr Roberts has my trust and confidence. He explains the situation carefully, listens to me patiently, appropriately takes into account what I can do NOW and what I want to be capable of in the future. BTW, his PA Kyle is fantastic. Kyle has done several synvisc injections on my knees and does a superb job. As a practice, Rebound has a tremendous staff and processes. I have trusted them for 3 arthroscopies and a rotator cuff repair. When i batter up my body I trust them to put me back together.

- I could not be more pleased with the results of my full knee replacement. I’m 60-something and 3 months after surgery, I’m back to playing pickle ball and hiking mountain trails. My ability to be active (tennis, x-country skiing, hiking) was becoming progressively more hampered by a long ago college basketball knee injury. I currently have no knee pain and can jump or step down on that knee with confidence and without a brace I’ve had to wear for years. I’m continuing to increase strength and flexibility. I researched orthopedic clinics and surgeons carefully. I highly recommend Rebound and their well-designed program to get you back to previous activity (with additional PT support), not simply be mobile. My surgeon, Dr. Donald Roberts, gets my highest recommendation. His expertise and experience made my knee replacement very successful. - I would absolutely recommend Rebound to anyone. After dealing with another major medical clinic for three months, enduring a lot of pain, and spending a lot of money I went to see Dr. Roberts. He accurately diagnosed the problem with my knee (I could barely walk). He performed the surgery 6 days later and 11 days after that I was back at work walking fine! I entered my exam not knowing the source of my knee pain and I had severely limited my activity. Dr. Roberts gave me a firm diagnosis and options for treatment. - Rebound is the best place if you are going to have a hip and me a shoulder or back any type of surgery I will not go any other place except for Rebound. Dr. Roberts is very very nice understanding and wants only the best for you. He tells it like it is and doesn't monkey around about anyting he's straightforward and comes right to the point. I'm sure all the other departments in rebound are just as good as dr. Roberts is I had surgery on May 21st I had a knee replacement and it was one of the best things I had ever done they had me up walking that same day and the pain that I used to have was no longer there and the pain that I did have wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. So if you need a knee replacement see doctor Roberts if you need a shoulder replacement I believe his name is dr. Ellis and he is also very good from what I understand just rebound is a wonderful wonderful place do you have any type of surgery won't go any place else, thank you rebound and for the classes that they teach you made a world of difference in my life God bless you all.
