- I am typically not one to rate; for good or bad but I just have to say what an amazing doctor and staff! In the past, I have had doctors who were very skilled but awful bedside manners. Seems the staff follows suit, probably because they are not happy with their “boss” and working environment. But as a patient, I want a talented doctor so would put up with that. Not the case with Dr Wong! He is one of the most talented, intelligent doctors I’ve had plus I love him as a person and love his staff. They make the surgery experience so much more tolerable - to the point of almost pleasant!

- After cutting my finger on a cup that broke in my hand and having it sutured at the ER, I was in need of a hand surgeon to repair my severed nerve and tendon. “Rebound Orthopedics and Neurosurgery”was the only group who I could find who could schedule me in time to repair my injury to give me a good probability of successful surgical outcomes. I saw Dr Wong MD within a few days of my contacting Rebound and he was able to schedule my surgery within a few days. Dr . Wong is a great surgeon and also a great human being. - This was my first surgery experience, and to say I was nervous would be putting it mildly. I had been dealing with a very painful trigger thumb in my dominant hand for about six months. I first went to another orthopedic practice for a steroid injection, and it didn’t work. I then asked for a referral to Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery. Dr. Wong immediately recognized the need for surgery to relieve the pain. On the day of my surgery, every team member, from reception to recovery, was kind, patient, understanding and took excellent care of me. The hardest part was calming down and mentally preparing for the procedure. Before I knew it, I was in recovery and ready to go home. I experienced very little post-operative pain. Dr. Wong has a great bedside manner and a sense of humor; he genuinely cares about his patients.

I fractured my wrist in winter ‘22 and had surgery at The Center in Bend (for logistic reasons). I saw Dr. Wong 6 months later to address complications from the surgery and he is working with me to get full use of my hand back. Will never NOT go to Rebound again, no matter logistics. Rebound’s care and physician professionalism is far and above other orthopedic centers and Dr. Wong is excellent, friendly, engaging, funny, and knows his stuff. - After my experience with Dr. Wong I would not only never go to any other wrist doctor (and I've seen several in CA and CO) but would only go to Rebound for any orthopedic needs. Dr. Wong performed total wrist fusion after a severe fracture from a car accident 27 years ago. After surgery and recovery I have been amazed at how much more I can do since my initial surgery 27 years ago. Dr. Wong is highly skilled, explained my options and took time to make sure I understood what the surgery would entail. He is truly an exceptional surgeon.

- A couple of years ago, Dr. Wong treated my right hand, with immediate care, for torn, cut tendons from an accident, where others declined. As a dentist my career was in jeopardy. - I waited until 2 weeks post-op to write this review. My procedure was bilateral endoscopic carpal tunnel release. To me results speak louder than words and my results have been great! Dr. Wong seems like a super guy and is obviously very skilled at his craft. I have had very little post-op pain, more of a slight tenderness and nothing a few Tylenols couldn't take care of. My symptoms are completely gone. It's fantastic to sleep through the night without my hands going numb and waking me up multiple times. I would highly recommend Dr. Wong for this procedure! He even shared pictures of my procedure at my post-op appt., explaining exactly what he did. That was pretty cool!

- Dr. Wong excised a large lump (lipoma) from the palm of my hand. He took time to thoroughly examine me, order an MRI, clearly explain the results and walk me through the images. He showed me pictures of similar surgeries and assured me such lumps are most often benign. He has a friendly demeanor and I felt very comfortable having him perform this surgery and would recommend his services to others.

- Dr. Wong and his staff are all amazing. They treated me like family and being a nurse myself, that's difficult to pull off. Dr. Wong said there wouldn't be much pain after my surgery and there was none unless I jammed or bent my finger too far. He did an amazing job! - I unfortunately didn't plan to fall and fracture my wrist in France while on vacation. So prior to returning from France early, I called Rebound in Vancouver Washington for a consultation with Dr. Wong who specializes in hand and wrist. I am very satisfied with the all the personalized care I received at Peace Health Southwest Surgery Center and my excellent Physical Hand Therapist Andy Ruff at Rebound. After 3 months post operative fixation of my I have returned to my passions of open water swimming, kayaking, and road cycling while returning back to full time work. I would highly recomend Dr. Wong for his passion to detail, concise instruction and expectations for my difficult situation. I am expected to be back to normal active life style in one year after receiving personalized, excellent care.

- Dr Wong is a top surgeon in hand therapy. He operated on a mashed and broken thumb with a detached tendon. The possibility of removing the thumb it was in such horrific injury. Dr Wong operated and two and a half months later the thumb is a workable thumb. Thank you DR Wong.

- I have received really great care from Dr. Wong. I have been dealing with moderate to severe basal joint arthritis in both thumbs, with some affect in both wrists, which makes performimg as a musician difficult. Dr. Wong has been very thorough in explaining the issues and in discussing my options. He is clearly a busy guy, but takes the time needed, and has a friendly, calm chairside manner. He is a wizard with cortisone injections... I barely feel them.

- My 3 years old daughter had a cyst on her wrist since she was 6 months old. Dr. Wong was fantastic with her and kept her at ease with everything. She absolutely loved going to her appointments with him. He did surgery to remove the cyst and the scar isn't bad and she is doing amazing. - I first saw Dr. Wong after fracturing my wrist. He did an excellent job of repairing it. He is a very personable Dr. and always returns calls promptly and takes the time to answer all questions.
